Tóth Sándor vagyok, gépészmérnök és coach. Apa és férj. Több, mint 15 éve dolgozom a gyártásban, autóiparban, mint mérnök és az utóbbi években, mint csoportvezető. De jött egy új lehetőség 2019-ben, mégpedig egy posztgraduális coach képzés a debreceni egyetemen. Belevágtam és nem bántam meg.
Rájöttem a képzés során, hogy az emberi kapcsolatok, egymás segítése sokkal fontosabb, mint az életben annak hitt dolgok. Láttam azt, hogy mennyi lehetőség rejlik az emberekben, amit még ők sem tudnak.
Mindenkinek vannak elakadásai az életében - nekem is - melyeken dolgozni szeretne, vagy fejlődési szándéka van és tovább szeretne jutni a karrierjében, életében. Erre mindre lehet megoldás a coaching!
Miután rájöttem ezekre, eldöntöttem, hogy ennek szentelem az életemet és igyekszem segíteni azoknak, akik eljutnak hozzám, hogy felszínre hozzuk azt a potenciált, ami mindenkiben rejlik, bármilyen elakadás is van az életében.
Hiszek abban, hogy nincsenek véletlenek. Akit melléd sodor az élet - akár 1 percre vagy egy életre - valamit ad neked és tanít valamire. Tudom és tapasztalom, hogy a coaching során én legalább annyit kapok, mint a coachee.
My name is Sándor Tóth, a mechanical engineer and coach. Dad and husband. I have been working in manufacturing and the automotive industry for more than 15 years as an engineer and in recent years as a team leader. But a new opportunity came in 2019, namely a postgraduate coaching training at the University of Debrecen. I took the plunge and did not regret it.
During the training, I realized that human relationships and helping each other are much more important than the things we think they are in life. and I saw how much potential lies within people that even they do not know.
Everyone has obstacles in their lives - me too - that they would like to work on, or have the intention of developing and moving forward in their career and life. Coaching can be the solution to all of this!
After realizing these things, I decided to dedicate my life to this and try to help those who come to me, to bring to the surface the potential that lies within everyone, no matter what obstacles they may face in their lives.
I believe that there are no coincidences, someone life brings to you, whether for a minute or a lifetime, gives you something and teaches you something. I know and experience that during coaching I get at least as much as the coachee.

Szervezetfejlesztés / Organization Development
Munkám során sok tapasztalatot szereztem multinacionális, autóipari vállalatnál. A LEAN szemlélet nem csak az autóiparban működik, csak személyre kell szabni.
I gained a lot of experience during my work at a multinational automotive company. The LEAN approach doesn't just work in the automotive industry, it just needs to be customized.
